TOBIAS COOK

A quick introduction seems like a good idea. First off, my name is Tobias Cook.  I grew up in Bend in the 80’s and 90’s before I could fully appreciate what an incredible place it is to live.  I left Bend, lured by sunshine and surf in southern California.  Not only did I find myself enjoying the waves, but I also stumbled across contractors who put me to work and began to teach me the in’s and outs of construction and business. Eventually, I moved back to Oregon, trading the beach for the trails and establishing roots in Ashland,  That small town helped build my business and me as a contractor.  It was where my wife and I began to grow our family and where I honed my skills and discovered my unique attention to detail and value in building trust with my clients.  Before long,  I moved back here to Bend to raise our two wild boys and I feel so grateful that they get to grow up being a part of this community and enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer. Along with my passion for my family and Central Oregon, I have a desire to help people in practical ways. My years of experience as a contractor, business owner, father & husband have shown me that relationships are foundational to every endeavor.  Working with clients, tradesman, home buyers & sellers and real estate brokers gave me insight into my giftings and widened and deepened my knowledge base.  Drawing from all of these areas is what makes me an excellent home inspector.  I have a keen attention to detail both in systems and in aesthetics.  I don’t take lightly how important an accurate, thorough and informative inspection is to you, the client, and it is important to me to prove trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable.  Going above and beyond to exceed your expectations, is not only my goal, but the philosophy that I have built this company upon and take with me to each home inspection.
